In-Person Library Visits
In accordance with recent guidance from the Mayor and the Board of Trustees, the library will be recommending masks be worn while inside the building. If you do not have a mask, and wish to wear one, one will be provided for you at the Circulation Desk.
Appointments are no longer needed to visit the library! Please come on in and we will be happy to assist you. Time limits, with the exception of the computers, have also been lifted.

Curbside Pickup
The library offers curbside pickup for any available holds, and we’ve expanded pick-up hours till 7:00pm. Once you receive an email notification that your hold is ready you can call the Library at 978-373-1586, use the myLIBRO app, or schedule your pickup time online below:

When you arrive for curbside pickup, please park in one of the two marked parking spots towards the front of the library. Please stay in your car and call the Library at 978-373-1586 or check-in with the myLIBRO app with your parking spot number. We will bring your holds out to you.
Library Visit Expectations
CHECK-IN and appointments are no longer needed! No time restrictions, except for the computers.
BOOK RETURNS are encouraged to be done outside the library. Please use either the automated return window or the black return bin to the right of the entrance.
MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED while inside the building regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a face mask, and wish to wear one, a mask will be provided for you.
BATHROOMS are now fully open!
TABLES are open!
COMPUTERS are now all accessible.
MEETING ROOMS are now available.

SPECIAL COLLECTIONS is now open! You can still submit online requests for obituaries or research inquiries by filling out our online forms or by emailing specialcollections@haverhillpl.org.
