In-Person Library Visits to the Kids Room

The Haverhill Public Library Children’s Room is located on the 2nd floor. Board books, picture books, award winners, chapter books, fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, Spanish-language books, DVDs, audiobooks, and many more materials are available for circulation. The Children’s Room has materials for all children up to grade six. Our staff is eager to see you in-person to help in any way we can!

MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED for all children and caregivers regardless of vaccination status while inside the building. The CDC recommends that everyone 2 years of age and older should wear a mask indoors to minimize spread of the Delta variant in areas of substantial or high transmission per CDC guidance. We understand it can be challenging to wear a mask, especially for children. The previous link has tips for helping your child wear a mask. Our curbside services remain available if your child is not ready to wear a mask. Our staff is happy to put a bag together for you. Please call us at 978-373-1586 x 626.

Be sure to read the library expectations below before your visit.
