Join us Friday, March 8th for a fun weaving workshop!
Mihoko Wakabayashi, a Japan native and an owner of SAORI Worcester, the first SAORI studio in the U.S., has taught many people of all ages and abilities in her studio and at a variety of organizations and festivals for over 20 years.
In this 30 min. workshop, you will learn how to weave weft (horizontal thread) with a shuttle on pre-set warp on a floor loom. You may make a small placemat, a table centerpiece, or wall art. No experience necessary. Bring your curiosity, play with your creativity, and enjoy the moment!
