Library Computers, Printing, and Scanning
The Library offers 26 PCs (Windows-based) on the main floor for public use, 4 of which are express 15-minute stations. The number of computers available may vary depending on COVID guidelines and restrictions.
Patrons may log on to a library computer with a Library Card. Computers are available on a first come, first served basis for up to two (2) hours per day. All computer users agree to follow the library’s Acceptable Use Internet Policy.
All PCs can access the Internet, are loaded with Microsoft Office, have USB 2.0 ports and headphone jacks, and are networked to color laser printing @$.25/page. A self service scanner is also available with a 15 minute time limit.
Laptops and Hotspots
The Haverhill Public Library has 11 laptops and 11 hotspots for Haverhill library card holders to checkout. Our laptops and hotspots must be checked out in-person and circulate for two (2) days. Patrons assume all responsibility for these items including any replacement costs or damages to the devices while in their possession. Patrons can reserve a laptop and/or hotspot by calling the library. When returning either device please bring them to the Circulation desk. DO NOT return in the book drop or automated return.
The library offers a faxing service during open hours. Exact change is appreciated.

Wireless access is available throughout the library on an unsecured network. Look for the network name, HPLPublic on your mobile devices.
