This month for our Non-fiction display we are featuring books that celebrate all things Hygge. Hygge, pronounced (“hooga”), is a Danish word for a quality of coziness that comes from doing simple things such as lighting candles, baking, or spending time at home with your family. This is a time to celebrate the small joys of life and an opportunity to unwind and take things slow.
Come visit the library and discover a new read through our displays or by browsing the collection. And sign up for our Beanstack Bingo Reading Challenge to win a prize (see below for more information)!

When you read a short story, you come out a little more aware and a little more in love with the world around you.
