National Park Week takes place each year in April, and this year, it will take place from April 16-April 24! According to the National Park Service, “National Park Week is a time to explore amazing places, discover stories of history and culture, help out, and find your park.” HPL is here to help you get the most out of your National Park Week!

They may not be official “national parks,” but Haverhill has a number of great parks and recreational spaces of its own, including Riverside Park, Winnekenni Castle and Park, Tattersall Farm, the Crystal Point Conservation Area, G.A.R. Park, Plug Pond, which is also known as Lake Saltonstall, and more!
