History
Since 1987, Library Card Sign-up Month has been held each September to mark the beginning of the school year. During the month, the American Library Association and libraries unite in a national effort to ensure every child and adult signs-up for their own library card.
Prizes for Getting a Card
For this year, any card holder who visits the library, new or returning, will be entered into a prize raffle for a mystery prize package with lots of fun goodies! Get your raffle ticket at any service desk.
Additionally, we’ve put together a fun bingo game for everyone! Pick-up your bingo card from any service desk and complete as many of the activities as you’d like. For every bingo completed, you can spin our prize wheel for some fun swag!
