Many know Lin-Manuel Miranda as the creator of the hit musical, Hamilton. He has gone on to create several hit musicals and movies. He is beloved by many and has stroke of genius. He was just inducted into the D23 Hall of Fame for Disney.

Some of Lin’s early influences include Johnathan Larson (creator of Rent) and Stephen Sondheim (creator of Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, etc). One of the cool things was seeing the early drafts of some of the Hamilton songs. It helps when you the know the song you could sing along to the song.
