Join Certified Meditation Instructor Amy Rutledge to learn different meditation techniques such as mindfulness, loving-kindness, creative visualizations, and affirmations to cultivate self love, self worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, stress, anxiety relief, and help with navigating difficult emotions and change.
Each week has a different theme: self-love, safe space, gratitude, and kindness. Please note that Tuesday 2/9 has been rescheduled for Thursday 2/11.
Classes are 30 minutes with an intro, guided practice, then time for Q&A. No special equipment or accessories needed. All you need is a quiet place to sit or lie down.
This program is hosted by Youth Services and is intended for children 8+, teens, and their families, but all are welcome to join. Register once and be invited to all four programs. Join one or join them all!
